If you have an issue with your migration, you can try a few things before contacting support:

Please make sure that you are using the most updated version of the plugin and any of its extensions. In order to avoid any potential conflicts between installed plugins in Your WordPress site, deactivate all of them before starting to export, then after importing the backup you can activate the plugins again. Please give us as much information as you can about the issue, including the PHP version on your sites. If you are getting an error message, please send us a screenshot.

Can’t Backup?
  1. Check that you have enough space on your server to save your website 2.5 times
  2. Check that the permissions on your wp-content folder allow the plugin to write to the file (775)
Can’t restore?
  1. Use the Traktor tool to check your file
  2. If you can’t upload your file through the plugin, you can upload it using an FTP client to wp-content/ai1wm-backups and restoring from the backup section of the plugin.
