Please make sure that you are using the most updated version of the plugin and any of its extensions. In order to avoid any potential conflicts between installed plugins in Your WordPress site, deactivate all of them before starting to export, then after importing the backup you can activate the plugins again. Please give us as much information as you can about the issue, including the PHP version on your sites. If you are getting an error message, please send us a screenshot.
Can’t Backup or Export?
- Check that you have enough space on your server to save your website
- Check that the permissions on your wp-content folder allow the plugin to create a backup file (775)
Can’t Restore or Import?
- Use the Traktor tool to check the consistency of the backup file
