Unable to seek to offset on file

32 bit PHP does not support files larger than 2GB. To migrate files larger than 2GB you will need to install PHP 7 64bit from PHP’s official website: http://php.net/downloads.php
If your file is less than 2GB, the error could have occurred because the file has not been downloaded fully. Please try and download it again.
Another cause of this error can be because there not enough disk space on your computer.

WordPress does not recognize the images
+-

This occurs when images contain unicode characters and the version of PHP that you are using does not have  support for unicode.
Try updating your PHP to version 7, which has support for unicode, and run the import again. PHP version 7 can be downloaded from PHP’s official website: http://php.net/downloads.php

Unable to Export Out of disk space

The server does not have enough free space to unpack the archive and extract the files in it.
This can be resolved by deleting some of your files on the server or by contacting the hosting provider to request that they add more storage space.
If you are using “Unlimited” storage offered by some hosting providers, this is often the problem.
Unlimited plans do not in fact give an infinite amount of storage. Different hosts have different limits on storage and the plugin will not work if you are out of space.
Beware of the “unlimited” marketing trap.
