The information on your website replaces with the information in the file that you import during the migration process. This data includes the usernames and passwords that were in use on the previous site.

After you’ve finished the import process, you will need to log in to your site using the credentials from the imported site.

We have a tool that will allow you to regain access to the site. Please download this file (https://www.dropbox.com/s/26k2vkkhrtdpoyx/resetpass.php?dl=0) and upload it to the root directory of your imported site using file manager or FTP.

You can then open your imported site through this link: http://YOURSITEURL/resetpass.php and it will provide you with a username. To access your WordPress Dashboard, please enter the provided username and password: servmask. Once you’ve logged in, don’t forget to change your password again..
